Where we ship from
We ship from Italy and from selected EU partner warehouses.
This allows us to offer a wider range of products and faster delivery, even when our seasonal store in Sardinia is closed.
Some items may ship directly from our EU partners and may arrive separately.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, item size and weight.
Free shipping
• Free delivery on orders over €150 (Europe-wide, including Italy)
• Furniture and bulky items may require an additional delivery fee
• The exact fee will be shown at checkout or confirmed after your order.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and on where the item ships from (Italy or another EU country).
Remote areas and islands may require additional time.
Online-only items / split shipments
Some products on our website are online-only and ship directly from our EU partners.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels and on different days at no extra cost.
Shipping limitations
• Not all products can be shipped to islands or remote locations
• If this affects your order, we will contact you before shipping
