Returns and Refunds Policy:

- We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receiving your item.

- Returns must be in original condition: Unused with tags, and in its original packaging. Include proof of purchase.

-Damaged Items : we need to have a photo of the item to see what the damage is ,please can you send us  this within 48 hours of recieving your delivery, by contacting us at info@piccolecosehome.com .We will send you a replacement as soon as possible .

Return Process:
- Contact us at info@piccolecosehome.com to initiate a return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- For EU orders, there's a 14-day cancellation period. The item must be in its original condition, with tags, and proof of purchase.

Refunds:
- We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
