Return window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Returned items must be:
• unused
• in their original packaging
• with tags and proof of purchase.

Items shipped from EU partners / online-only
Some items are shipped directly from our European partner warehouses.
These items must still be returned to our Italian address within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product:
• Email info@piccolecosehome.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the item and packaging
• Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to return an item
All returns must be sent to our store address in Sardinia, Italy.
We will send the full address and return instructions once your return request is approved.

You may return your item in two ways:

Use your own courier
You may ship the return using any courier of your choice.

Return postage is at your expense.

Request our pre-paid return label
We can provide a pre-paid return label.
The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Return fees:

• €12.90 for returns within Italy (Sardinia)
• €15–€18 for returns from other EU countries
We will confirm the exact amount before sending the label.

Refunds
• We will notify you once your return is received and inspected
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
• If you used our pre-paid return label, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable items
• Custom or personalised products
• Made-to-order items
• Bulky or furniture items (unless faulty)
• Sale items (optional)
