You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
Items shipped from our EU partners / online-only items

Some products are shipped from our European partners or are online-only.

These items must still be returned to our store address within 14 days.

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged items

Please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery to info@piccolecosehome.com.

Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
How to return

Email info@piccolecosehome.com with your order number and item.

We will send you return instructions and, where possible, a return label.

Unless the error is ours, the return label/shipping cost is paid by the customer (we can deduct it from the refund).
Refunds

After we receive and check the item, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Not returnable: custom orders, made-to-order items, bulky/furniture items (unless faulty).
