Return window

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

Items shipped from our EU partners / online-only items

  • Some products are shipped from our European partners or are online-only.

  • These items must still be returned to our store address within 14 days.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged items

  • Please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery to info@piccolecosehome.com.

  • Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to return

  1. Email info@piccolecosehome.com with your order number and item.

  2. We will send you return instructions and, where possible, a return label.

  3. Unless the error is ours, the return label/shipping cost is paid by the customer (we can deduct it from the refund).

Refunds

  • After we receive and check the item, we’ll notify you.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Not returnable: custom orders, made-to-order items, bulky/furniture items (unless faulty).
